  Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for all charges incurred for errors made when they provide an incorrect delivery address.

In Newport Beach:
We offer hand delivery Monday through Saturday in Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar, Irvine, and parts of Costa Mesa. The minimum charge is $10.50 or more depending on the area. Orders must be placed by 3:00pm(PST), the day before you would like them delivered (2 days before in the month of December). We do not deliver on Sundays. Please, be prepared to provide a phone number for the location to confirm that someone will be available to accept the package.

Outside of Newport Beach:
We ship via Priority Mail® (1-3 business days) or Express Mail® (Overnight to most areas.) Our goal is so that your order will get to you within one to three business days, depending on the destination, and provide the most economical option and at the same time ensuring that the cookies will arrive in their freshest state. Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday by 8:00am(PST) will be baked and shipped either the same day or the following day. Orders received after 8:00am(PST) on Thrusday through Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday. We will bake and ship on Thursdays if the shipment is being sent to California, Nevada, Utah or Arizona. We will also bake and ship on Thursdays or Fridays if the order is sent Express Mail® or other faster delivery options, and will reach the recipient by Saturday. You will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped if you have provided us a valid email address.
Please call for information regarding other faster delivery options and pricing as well as specific arrival dates. We do our best to get every package to the intended recipient as soon as possible.

Delivery Addresses
Shipments must be to United States addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. However, if you live outside of the U.S. or want us to ship to P.O. Shipping Delays Disclaimer
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our or our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
We use Fed Ex for shipments to Alaska & Hawaii. Please call for prices.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available to most locations in the US. We will notify you the same day an order is received if Saturday delivery is not available in your area. We use FedEx for all Saturday deliveries. Holiday Ordering
During the holidays and holiday season more time may be necessary to process, fill and ship orders. Delays can be expected during these times. We strongly recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance during these busy times of the year. No delivery is available on these National Holidays:

Shipping to a Business Address
When shipping to a business, the business name, individuals name, suite and/or floor number and phone number must accompany the address.

Returns
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase will arrive in perfect condition. We ask that you notify us immediately if it does not, so we may determine the proper course of action, which may include replacing or refunding orders, at our sole discretion. However, in the event of a refund we do not refund any shipping and handling charges. Those orders with promotional shipping offers will still be charged for standard shipping and handling charges and that may affect refunded amount.

Advance Orders
We welcome advance orders, up to thirty (30) days prior to shipping. Special Requests
No request is too silly. If you have something special in mind or would like us to put our baked goods in a special container or basket that you provide we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us and we will see if your special request can be fulfilled.

Warm Weather Shipping
Since we strive to have our products arrive in perfect condition. We take special care when shipping to warm locations. We require overnight or 2nd day shipping from May to October. A charge of $7.00 per box will be added to the shipping cost for this special packaging. In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay your shipment. Please, make every effort to notify the recipient that a package will be arriving, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended in warm weather.
