Do you use preservatives?
No. We do not use any preservatives, or shortenings. All of our baked good are made with fresh and natural ingredients, such as: Unbleached flour, fresh eggs from vegetarian-fed hens, Grade AA butter, 100% pure vanilla extract, and Kosher salt.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We only ship within the continental U.S. If you live outside of the U.S. and really want to try Cookies-N-Spice products, send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and we’ll try to arrange something.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Bill Me Later® & E-Checks.

What if my package does not arrive?
Please be careful with the shipping address! To ensure delivery, a current and correct address is required. If you make an error with the shipping address, we will happily send another, however there will be additional charges. If we make a mistake on the shipping label, we will ship your order again. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Where are you located?
At this time we operate out of a commercial kitchen.

Where can I buy Cookies-N-Spice locally?
Currently, Cookies-N-Spice products are only available by special order through our website.

Do your cookies and brownies contain nuts?
We do use nuts (pistachios, peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and pecans) in some of our recipes. Although, we do not include nuts in every recipe, there is a possibility that any cookie could contain trace amounts of nut oils. Therefore, if you have severe reactions to nuts, please refrain from indulging in our cookies.

Is it safe to shop at Cookies-n-Spice?
Our online security system is built for your protection and is one of the safest in the industry. We continually enhance our systems to ensure your shopping protection and satisfaction. Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks either cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use or may limit your liability to just $50. You must notify your credit card provider of any unauthorized use.

How long can I keep my cookies/brownies, fresh?
Each hand-made cookie that Cookies-N-Spice produces is created from scratch using all-natural ingredients, mixed in a small batch, baked, and artistically hand packaged. They will stay fresh for up to five days. However, our cookies can be wrapped tightly and then frozen for up to one month.
 

What do I do if I received the wrong item?
In the rare event that you received the wrong order due to our fault, we will either replace or refund your order. Please report the problem with your order within 24 hours of receipt. We may issue store credit if you reported the problem after that time period. We may ask you to return the product to us, if applicable, we will issue a call tag and have UPS/FedEx come and pick up the package. Please make sure that the gift is in its original packaging and intact.

What do I do my gift arrived damaged?
We will replace it if your gift arrives damaged. We ask that you retain all product and packaging for inspection by our carrier, UPS/FedEx and your claim must be made within 24 hours from the time the gift is received.
