We strive to deliver the finest quality treats using the freshest and finest possible ingredients such as the best quality sweet cream butter, unsulfured dried fruits, Pure Vanilla Extract, vegetarian fed hens fresh eggs, premium imported chocolates, all natural flavoring and unbleached flours provide our basic palette. Our cookies and brownies are made from scratch and baked to perfection, sold and shipped the same day. Over the years, our recipes have been refined to provide the highest quality in both taste and appearance. Our goal is to make "Cookies that you'll Never Forget!"™ A NOTE ABOUT OUR COOKIES We use no additives or preservatives in our gourmet cookies and brownies. Our cookies and brownies are made to order, by hand, in small batches. We only use the highest quality ingredients and whenever possible organic. For the freshest taste, Cookies-N-Spice baked goods should be eaten upon receipt. However, you can store our baked goods in the freezer for up to one month, just use an air tight container and allow 20 to 30 minutes to thaw before serving. To ensure freshness, our cookies and brownies can only be delivered on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (at an extra charge.) We make our cookies and brownies in a kitchen where nuts and nut oils are present. We suggest that you refrain from indulging our cookies and brownies if you have severe nut allergies. Cookies-N-Spice's Fine Handcrafted Baked Goods stands behind its products 100%. We want our customers and the recipients of our gourmet baked goods to be fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the matter, either by replacing the product, refunding your money, or giving a credit for future purchases, less any taxes, delivery, shipping, or handling charges. The remedy will depend on the circumstances and customer preference, and each issue will be resolved on a case by case basis. The guarantee does not apply to orders where a customer has provided incorrect or improper address or shipping information. Further, the guarantee does not cover orders that a customer wants to ship out (at their request or selection) which requires the product to sit over the weekend or a holiday at a shipping facility. |
